C4E Partner Terms

These C4E Partner Terms ("Partner Terms") apply to everyone in the Cash4Exotics partner program (also called the affiliate program), whether you share your link with an audience or sell Cash4Exotics to businesses directly (a "Partner," "you"). Everyone is on the same terms. They add to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which still apply. By joining, you agree to these Partner Terms.

1. How the program works

You get a personal link. When someone uses it to create a new Cash4Exotics account and later pays for a subscription, you earn a share of what Cash4Exotics actually collects from them, every month they stay subscribed while you're an active Partner, as described below. Joining is free. You don't need a minimum number of followers. What counts is paying customers, not audience size.

2. Who can join

• You must be 18 or older and have a Cash4Exotics account in good standing.
• You must live in the United States. The program isn't currently open to residents of California, Massachusetts, or New Jersey. Tell us if you move.
• Joining is by application, or by a personal invite from Cash4Exotics. Cash4Exotics reviews every application and may approve or decline it at its discretion. If you're declined, you can apply again 30 days later.
• Payouts are sent through Stripe, so you'll need to finish Stripe's payout setup (bank account and tax details) to be paid.

3. You're an independent contractor

• You're an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or legal partner of Cash4Exotics. Being a "C4E Partner" is a program name. It doesn't give you ownership of, or a share in, Cash4Exotics.
• You decide when, where, and how you work. There are no required hours, meetings, quotas, or territories. You use your own phone, computer, and accounts, and you pay your own costs.
• You're free to work with other companies at the same time, including in the car industry.
• The Partner Kit (scripts, templates, and content) is an optional resource. You can use it or work your own way, as long as what you say about Cash4Exotics follows section 8.
• You aren't eligible for employee benefits, and Cash4Exotics doesn't withhold taxes from your earnings. You're responsible for your own taxes. Stripe collects your tax details (Form W-9 information) during payout setup, and a Form 1099 is issued when required by law.

4. Which customers count as yours

• A customer is credited to you if they click your link and create a new Cash4Exotics account within 90 days. If they click more than one Partner's link, the most recent click counts.
• Once credited, a customer stays credited to you while you're an active Partner (including while your link is paused). Customers are Cash4Exotics's customers. You don't own the accounts you bring in.
• Existing Cash4Exotics members can't be credited to you, and you can't refer yourself, a second account of your own, or anyone signing up on your behalf.
• Tracking depends on the customer's browser allowing cookies. If a customer isn't tracked correctly, message us with the details and we'll look into it. Cash4Exotics makes the final call on attribution, fairly and based on our records.

5. What you earn

For every payment a credited customer makes while you're an active Partner, you earn a percentage based on how many paying customers you have at the time that payment comes in:

• 1–10 paying customers: 15%
• 11 or more paying customers: 25%

• Commissions end on a customer when their subscription ends, or when your partnership ends (see section 10), whichever comes first.
• Commissions are calculated on the amount Cash4Exotics actually receives for the subscription, after discounts and credits and not counting sales tax.
• Free, comped, and trial periods (including the 7-day free trial your customers get) don't earn commission. Commission starts with the customer's first real payment.
• If a customer pays for a full year up front, your commission on that payment is earned when it's collected and paid in 12 monthly parts, as each month of service begins.
• Commissions are only ever earned on subscriptions. Cash4Exotics doesn't take a cut of any vehicle sale, rental, sponsorship, or other deal between members, and Partners don't earn on those either.
• Bonuses (for example, for signing goals) are only owed once Cash4Exotics has announced them to you in writing and you've met them. Any custom rate agreed with you individually must also be in writing from Cash4Exotics.

6. Payouts

• Each month's commission is held for 30 days in case of refunds or chargebacks. After that it becomes payable.
• Cleared earnings are deposited automatically through Stripe on the 1st of every month, with no minimum. If your payout setup isn't finished, your balance carries over to the next payday and is never lost.
• If a customer is refunded or disputes a charge, the matching commission is canceled. If it was already paid to you, that amount comes off your future commissions. Cash4Exotics won't ask you to send money back for normal refunds.
• You can see every click, signup, commission, and payout in the Partner tab of your dashboard at any time. If something looks wrong, tell us within 60 days of the payout and we'll review it.

7. Confidential information

Anything you learn through the program that isn't public, such as member information, pricing plans, and business plans, is confidential. Use it only to promote Cash4Exotics, don't share it, and don't use Cash4Exotics member information to contact members for anything else, including another company. This continues after your partnership ends.

8. How you can promote Cash4Exotics

You're welcome to share your link anywhere, as long as you:

• Clearly disclose that you may earn from your link (for example "#ad", "#affiliate", or "I earn a commission if you join"), as required by the FTC.
• Describe Cash4Exotics honestly. Don't promise that someone will buy, sell, rent, or finance a vehicle, guarantee results or income, or describe Cash4Exotics as a dealer, broker, lender, or escrow service. It isn't one.
• Quote only Cash4Exotics's published prices and offers. You can't change prices, offer your own discounts or side deals, sign contracts, or make promises for Cash4Exotics.
• Don't present yourself as a Cash4Exotics employee or as speaking for Cash4Exotics.
• Don't spam: no unsolicited bulk emails, texts, DMs, or comment spam, and follow the rules of every platform you post on. Personal one-to-one outreach is fine. Never send automated or mass texts or calls.
• Don't run paid search ads on "Cash4Exotics," "C4E," or close variations, and don't register domains or social accounts that could be mistaken for Cash4Exotics's own.
• Don't create fake accounts, pay or trick people into signing up, hide your link in pages without the visitor knowing, or otherwise game the tracking.
• Follow all applicable laws, including advertising, privacy, and anti-spam laws.

You may use the name "Cash4Exotics" to refer to us. Please ask before using our logo or other branding.

9. What Cash4Exotics commits to you

• Accurate tracking, with your numbers visible in your dashboard at any time.
• Paying commissions you've earned on the schedule above.
• At least 30 days' notice by email before any change that lowers your rates or changes how you're paid. Changes never reduce commissions you've already earned.

10. Pausing and ending

• You can leave at any time by messaging us. Cash4Exotics can end your partnership at any time, for any reason, including a violation of these Partner Terms. We'll tell you by email. The date it ends is your "end date."
• What you're paid after it ends: every commission earned on payments Cash4Exotics collected before your end date, including the remaining monthly parts of any yearly plan already paid for. Each one is paid on the normal schedule once it clears the 30-day refund hold.
• What stops: payments collected on or after your end date don't earn commission, even from customers you brought in. Customers you referred stay Cash4Exotics's customers.
• If your partnership ends because of a violation (for example fraud, spam, misleading claims, fake signups, or self-referral), commissions connected to the violation are canceled. Everything else you earned before your end date is still paid, after a review that we'll finish within 60 days.
• Cash4Exotics may also pause your link. While paused, new signups aren't credited to you, but you keep earning on customers you already brought in.
• Cash4Exotics may change or end the program as a whole with at least 30 days' notice.

11. Other terms

• There's no guarantee of any level of earnings. What you earn depends on the customers you bring in.
• Except where the law doesn't allow it, Cash4Exotics's total liability to you under the partner program is limited to the commissions you've earned and haven't been paid yet.
• These Partner Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, and disputes are handled as described in our Terms of Service.
• If these Partner Terms and our Terms of Service conflict on anything about the partner program, these Partner Terms win.
